The problem with workouts is that they make it too complicated.
Machines, routines, programs, subscriptions, websites.
From my experience I can tell you that what you need to workout, you already have: Just your body.
The real issue is that very few do exercises in the right way.
And doing it in the right way makes all the difference between getting results and getting frustrated or, worse, injured.
You need to work out right.
What does it mean to
work out right?
Basically, it means:
- engage the right muscles in the right way
- keep the posture right
- breath right (and basically… slow)
I can tell you that at least 90% of the people I see working out do all of these wrong.
No wonder they don’t get results. No wonder they quit or, worse, get hurt (and then quit).
So, all the workout we will do together will be done by using just your body and learning how to do your exercises in the right way.
You will feel the difference probably from the first session with me. Yes, the day after: you will feel muscles you… didn’t know you had.
And you will feel that special feeling you have really worked out with your body.
Not just workout right
but also the right workout
Probably, what you are doing is not what you need to get what you want.
Because everything in your body is connected.
If, for example, you have a wrong posture (almost anyone has) then you can’t follow the standard workouts that are created for people with a perfect posture or with posture problem different from yours.
You have to modify the workouts so they are right for your specific situation.
