I have experience with several different types of workouts and at different levels.
While there is one that I recommend (Yoccidental) I am ready to help you with the kind of workout prefer or know already.

Yoccidental™ Yoga
I believe Yoga is the best workout you can do. It will donate you strength, tone, flexibility and body-mind connection.
I am a Certified Yoga Alliance teacher. And most of my practice is just Yoga.
Yoga makes you naturally discover – in your very own personal way – what are your limits and how to overcome them. Physically and emotionally.
In fact, what you learn on your Yoga mat can help you in solve your everyday life problems. I believe Yoga spirituality totally transcends its Indian roots and can be directly used in our world.
You don’t need the “guru” part or becoming vegetarian or learning sanskrit. On the contrary, I believe these mental associations limit the number of people who want to try Yoga.
Yoga is for everybody and works for everybody, just by doing it.
In our Yoga sessions, you will feel free to enjoy all the benefits of Yoga as a wonderful exercise for your body, your mind and your life.
Yoccidental™ Workout
This is my personal brand of workout. It is based on Total Body Workout combined with Yoga, some Pilates and a touch of dancers’ “tricks” that help you to achieve results.
During the years I realized this combination is ideal because you achieve both strenght and flexibility in a simple and fun way, with some constant challenges and surprises. And fun too.
And you really workout all your muscles, raise your metabolism, lose fat and put up muscles.
This is not a set of standard exercises. I personalize this mix for every single client, so that we work with a program that is just right for you.
Yogadjust™
I think a problem that limits the diffusion of Yoga is that it’s taught in classes.
That means you, in order to learn the poses, end up watching the teacher or even the other participants, trying to copy what you see.
But you cannot learn asanas by watching. You have to know what to feel in your body when you do them.
That is why I created Yogadjust.
If you are a total beginner or even if you have been doing Yoga for years, but feel you are not progressing…Yogadjust is for you.
With Yogadjust we will work together to fix what doesn’t work in your asanas and to learn the right way to do them.
After just even one session of Yogadjust you will do Yoga in a very different and much more satisfying way. And will finally get all the amazing benefits that Yoga can give you.

That helps you if you are already using this and want my support and guidance to do it the right way.
