It has 4 elements that I combine to make our work together the most effective for you.

1. Your Fitness “Why”
You need a healthy and fit body to enjoy life.
Your body can’t be a limitation for your dreams and goals. On the contrary, it shall be your best ally to reach them.
And I am talking practical things. If you need stamina for your career goals. If you want to be there for your children. If you love that dress and you want to wear it.
Moreover, today we live longer and we can’t change our body. But we can keep it working at its best much longer.
This is your Fitness “Why” and we will work on it together to keep it strong.
2. For You Only
You have your body, your story and your goals.
Every person has different posture problems and strenghts and weaknesses. We will address yours and work accordingly.
We will work out together to discover what is the best way for you.
I will help you find your way to get from where you are to where you want to go.
3. Just Your Body
I prefer working with just the bodyweight and calisthenics.
Unless you request to work in a gym with weights or machines, we will work free.
Our body and gravity gives us everything we need to workout.
And this makes it even easier for you because we can do it at your home, in the park or at the beach (thanks, Miami!)
4. Good Food You Love
We are what we eat.
I will help you with nutrition because if you don’t eat right, you can’t get the the results you want.
The secret is to stop thinking about the food to avoid and discover the food that you love… that loves you back.
I will give you my guidelines and will give you feedback on what you eat (you send me pictures).
It will be easy to get into a right eating habits: you will see results in just a few weeks.
